Pharmacy Sales Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support the smooth operation of our in‑store retail environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit.
- Monitor the sales floor to deter shoplifting and maintain a safe environment.
- Arrange and maintain visual displays to promote products.
- Process refunds, returns, and other customer transactions accurately.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate pharmacy and retail items.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation with a hard‑working attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Attention to detail and honesty when handling transactions.
