Pharmacist Assistant QPB (Customer Engagement)

About the role

The Pharmacist Assistant QPB supports the production of high‑quality compounded medications, ensuring safety, efficacy and regulatory compliance. Working under the Head of Production and Head of Quality, you will help deliver timely, accurate orders for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Compound non‑sterile medications according to established formulas, measuring and weighing ingredients precisely.
• Assist with inventory management, including daily cycle counts, stock audits, expiry monitoring and replenishment of APIs, excipients and consumables.
• Clean, calibrate and maintain compounding equipment and work areas following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Document all compounding activities, maintain detailed records and support label creation, formulation sheets and order packing.
• Perform quality control checks on compounded products and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and adhere to safety protocols such as PPE usage and powder‑hood operation.

Required profile

• Ability to work under supervision of production and quality managers.
• Commitment to follow cGMP, PIC/s and cGMCP regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
