About the role
Halfway Toyota George is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to serve customers at the parts counter, process orders, and support the dealership’s parts department. The role combines sales, inventory, and administrative duties in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients
- Meet individual sales targets
- Close out invoices
- Order parts accurately
- Ensure effective invoicing
- Coordinate parts department activities
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Assist with stock counts
- Manage compliance with regulatory, legislative and industry requirements
- Apply LEAN practices to improve processes
Required profile
- Grade 12 education with ITC track record
- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimum 1 year parts experience
- Minimum 2 years automotive experience
- Friendly, cheerful, vibrant and approachable demeanor
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
