Oracle Fusion Technical Lead / Lead Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion Technical Lead will drive the design, development, customization, reporting and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance and Supply Chain Management. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Create and customize BI Publisher, OTBI reports, Infolets, dashboards and Smart View reports.
• Configure Descriptive Flexfields, page personalization and application extensions.
• Develop complex SQL/PLSQL queries and support Finance & SCM data models.
• Design and implement REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and OIC integrations.
• Collaborate on data migration, testing, deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise application performance.
• Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management and mentoring to project teams.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS/PaaS applications.
• Hands‑on expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, Infolets, dashboards and Smart View.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills with knowledge of Finance and SCM tables.
• Experience designing REST APIs, SOAP services and using SoapUI.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components.
