Multi-Brand Digital Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Multi‑Brand Digital Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing across several brands in South Africa. The role will manage social media, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, content localisation and performance reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain distinct brand positioning and adapt global content for the South African market.
• Plan, schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, monitoring engagement and community trends.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns, monitor budgets and compile performance summaries.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships from briefing to execution, tracking deliverables and ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate promotions and digital campaigns across brands, aligning marketing calendars with sales objectives.
• Update website content to reflect campaigns and work with internal teams or developers as needed.
• Compile monthly performance reports, track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions and ROI, and provide improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience managing or coordinating multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Exposure to paid social advertising.
• Experience coordinating influencer campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong written communication and copy coordination ability.
• Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
• Experience working with Shopify.
