Midweight Graphic Designer

About the role

CubeSpace is looking for a detail-oriented, creatively driven midweight Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. The designer develops brand-aligned visual communications for marketing, digital, social media, events and corporate communications, working at an intermediate level and taking increasing ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital, print, social media, marketing and corporate communications, applying brand guidelines and maintaining consistent typography, layout, imagery and colour.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and events by designing assets and formatting content for social media, websites and email marketing.
• Produce event and exhibition collateral such as banners, signage, presentations and advertisements, and prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print.
• Manage projects from brief to submission, communicate progress and delays to the Senior Creative, and incorporate feedback before moving to the next approval stage.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or a related field.
• 4-6 years of professional graphic or visual communications design experience, ideally including in-house or brand-led work.
• Portfolio of professional design work showing both digital and print delivery (non-negotiable).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong grounding in typography, layout, composition, hierarchy and colour.
• Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365; Figma, 3D modelling or CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) exposure is advantageous.
