Mid-Level Account Manager – Software & Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager to lead and expand client relationships within a software development and technology consulting environment. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts in the software/IT services space.
• Serve as the main point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Identify, propose, and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Translate client business needs into technical solutions and proposals.
• Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.
• Support contract management, renewals, and commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in account management or client engagement, preferably in software development, IT services, or technology consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue growth.
• Proactive, client‑centric, and solution‑driven attitude.
