Medical Doctor – Clinical Wellness & Longevity

About the role

GenX Clinics is seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor to join its Cape Town clinic on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality medical consultations and overseeing peptide, IV and subcutaneous treatments within a cutting‑edge wellness and longevity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations and evaluate patient needs in the peptide and GLP wellness space.
• Supervise the safe administration of IV and subcutaneous therapies.
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with South African healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance longevity and regenerative medicine initiatives.

Required profile

• Active medical license to practice in South Africa.
• Registered Private Medical Practitioner, CPD compliant, and holder of valid medical indemnity insurance.
• Experience in private GP practice or emergency unit settings.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and high‑quality care.
• Interest or background in wellness therapies, regenerative medicine, or biotechnology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically Health‑bridge.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract with regular hours (Mon‑Fri 10 am‑6 pm, Sat 10 am‑2 pm).
• Competitive salary ranging from R45 000 to R60 000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
