Marketing Specialist – SEO & Demand Generation

About the role

Our client, an international remote staffing firm, is looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO. The role is fully remote and involves owning end‑to‑end marketing activities that drive organic visibility, lead generation, and talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, content planning, and link building.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, nurture sequences, and track performance metrics.
• Create and optimise content such as blog posts, landing pages, and website copy for search engines and conversions.
• Oversee social media and organic channels to maintain an active, consistent presence.
• Support demand‑generation initiatives by building campaigns, landing pages, and assets that generate leads and attract talent.
• Measure, analyse, and report on traffic, rankings, conversions, and pipeline to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a well‑rounded marketing specialist.
• Strong expertise in SEO and a data‑driven mindset.
• Self‑starter who can move quickly and own outcomes.
• Honest about results and comfortable reporting both successes and setbacks.

Required skills

• SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Email marketing platforms.
• Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Social media management tools.
