Marketing Specialist – Product & Corporate Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support product and corporate marketing initiatives across Yokogawa’s Middle East & Africa region. The role blends product‑marketing knowledge with a self‑motivated approach to continuous learning, contributing to the execution of the annual Marketing Activity Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing Activity Plan and achieve KPIs using the OKR system.
• Coordinate product and solution content, editorial pieces, success stories, advertisements, and promotional materials with Product Specialists and BU SMEs.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Regional Marketing Group and act as the liaison for marketing information exchange between headquarters and sales teams.
• Provide regular progress reports on initiatives to management and the RHQ Marketing Group.
• Support HR, Managing Director, and Corporate Division with corporate campaigns and employee‑focused events.
• Ensure compliance with company branding and marketing protocols for presentations, demo equipment, and collateral.
• Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows.
• Assist with updates to regional websites and coordinate editorial content and advertisements in industry magazines.
