Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s B2B marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement for our ERP and business management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated campaigns across digital channels to generate qualified MQLs and SQLs.
• Manage and optimise paid media such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and SEM.
• Oversee email marketing, social media and website optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, measure ROI and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven B2B lead generation experience in software, ERP or technology solutions.
