Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Content Coordinator to bring ideas to life across our social channels, campaigns and community initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end process from planning and creating content to managing social media, coordinating shoots and supporting brand collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and maintain the content calendar.
• Produce monthly performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute photo and video shoots, briefing external creators as needed.
• Design graphics and digital assets for email marketing, website updates and taproom collateral.
• Write engaging copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters and website pages.
• Drive foot traffic through monthly taproom marketing initiatives.
• Support the Marketing Manager on brand campaigns, product launches and partnership activations.
• Handle community interactions, responding to comments and messages to build relationships.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or content role.
• Strong eye for detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Independent thinker who takes ownership and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Social media management (professional use of platforms and Meta Business Suite).
• Graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Basic video editing with Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Copywriting and content creation.
