Marketing & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Community Manager to own the brand, demand generation, and community experience for a founder‑led cybersecurity recruitment and consulting firm. Working closely with the founder, you will design and execute campaigns, build a vibrant community of CISOs and security leaders, and turn visibility into inbound opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and full content calendar.
• Produce, schedule, and edit weekly leadership content and run the company newsletter end‑to‑end.
• Repurpose podcast and event material across multiple formats.
• Conceptualise, plan and execute high‑impact community events, from intimate dinners to industry activations.
• Manage event logistics, communications, post‑event follow‑up and convert events into pipeline.
• Build and operate a demand‑generation system targeting CISOs, security leaders and hiring decision‑makers.
• Design, launch and optimise LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns.
• Launch a leadership podcast, source guests, coordinate production and drive commercial conversations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand or community roles, preferably within B2B professional services or an agency environment.
• Proven track record of successful social media, brand and event activations.
• Creative thinker capable of delivering memorable experiences for senior security professionals.
