Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support an online academy for women creators. The role is fully remote and involves handling daily communications, content repurposing, and partner administration.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to high‑volume Instagram direct messages from leads.
• Publish regular email newsletters to engage students and prospects.
• Repurpose TikTok and Instagram content for LinkedIn, Substack and other platforms.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new brand partners and present program details.
• Issue monthly invoices, track recurring payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records for creators and brand partners using CRM tools.
• Perform general administrative tasks across social platforms and GoHighLevel.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, client success or social media assistance.
• Strong written and spoken English (native‑level or fluent).
• Experience working with US clients and managing multichannel communication.
• Familiarity with invoicing and administrative processes.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with flexible schedule (9 am‑5 pm MST).
• Monthly salary between USD 800 and USD 1,200.
