Market Research Analyst – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

The Market Research Analyst will support internal research across a variety of business topics for Haldren. Working remotely from South Africa, you will gather, organise, and analyse information to produce accurate and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, company, and sector research on diverse topics.
• Gather, verify, and organise data from multiple sources.
• Prepare concise summaries, briefs, and research outputs for internal use.
• Analyse findings and present them in a clear, structured format.
• Track market developments, trends, and relevant activity.
• Maintain research files, reference materials, and working documents.
• Support ad‑hoc research requests with accuracy and quick turnaround.
• Help improve research processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in market research, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to source accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment.
• Good written English and clear presentation of findings.
