Luxury Travel Consultant (Sydney)

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant based in Sydney to provide high‑touch, concierge‑level support for destination weddings, honeymoons and related guest travel. The role works closely with senior travel specialists, wedding planners and global partners to design and execute seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and research travel itineraries for weddings, honeymoons, guest arrivals and post‑event extensions, ensuring dates, accommodations and transfers align with event schedules.
• Communicate professionally with clients, planners and suppliers via WhatsApp, email and phone, delivering discreet and culturally sensitive assistance.
• Monitor active bookings during assigned shifts, identify and resolve conflicts or risks, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM, including bookings, guest details, notes and confirmations.
• Liaise with hotels, transfer providers and local partners to support approved travel plans and uphold Wedded Wonderland’s brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, hospitality operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex, group‑travel itineraries and deliver exceptional client service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during live wedding periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internal CRM systems for booking and client management.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other digital communication tools for client interaction.
