Logistics Coordinator and Driver

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator and Driver provides hands‑on operational support for guest movements, transport logistics and driver coordination within White Desert's Cape Town team. Working closely with the Logistics & Facilities Lead, the role ensures seamless itineraries, vehicle readiness and a professional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Experience team with daily guest itineraries, confirming drivers, vehicles and timings.
• Safely drive guests, staff and crew, handling luggage and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Coordinate driver schedules, monitor punctuality and service standards, and communicate itinerary updates.
• Support fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, basic checks, cleaning and maintenance reporting.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures and luggage logistics at airports and hotels.
• Provide practical run‑around support such as delivering items, setting up guest areas and handling ad‑hoc requests.
• Liaise with third‑party transport providers, confirming bookings and monitoring service delivery.
• Assist with facility upkeep, security and off‑season operational tasks as directed.
