About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor who will also operate forklifts at our Richards Bay branch. The role combines leadership of the warehouse team with hands‑on material handling to ensure timber moves efficiently through receiving, storage and dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee receiving of timber materials, manage the receiving team and keep accurate records.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, schedule transportation and ensure timely deliveries.
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load and unload timber products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and compliance standards.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision and forklift operation.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of the timber industry is an advantage.
- Valid forklift licence and commitment to safety.
