Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst at Benteler, you will support the automotive production planning function by ensuring accurate demand forecasting, coordinating supply‑chain activities, and acting as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete weekly forecasting activities and analyse historical sales trends to identify demand drivers.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, generate KPI reports and discuss improvements with stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers on call‑offs, forecasts and queries, providing a single point of contact.
• Maintain the MRP/ERP system with up‑to‑date customer data and weekly schedules.
• Initiate transport arrangements in line with contractual obligations and ensure all shipment documentation meets audit requirements.
• Align inventory levels with demand fluctuations and update customer portals and reports.
• Coordinate collections, transportation planning and support “Develop & Launch” activities such as engineering changes, SOP and EOP.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in a complex automotive environment.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record in customer relations.
