About the role

Join a remote luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape as a Guest‑focused Anchor. This full‑time position is ideal for an energetic hospitality professional who loves creating memorable safari experiences and thriving in a close‑knit, bush‑living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, ensure their comfort and address their needs throughout their stay.
• Assist with guest transfers, picnic setups, table carrying and other guest‑facing operations.
• Support lodge operations, including event assistance and equipment movement.
• Drive guests when required, holding a valid driver’s licence with PDP.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in Xhosa is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence with PDP essential.
• Passion for guest service, strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to live and work in a remote lodge setting.
