About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service‑oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with check‑in and other front‑desk procedures, answering questions, and ensuring courteous service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and other front‑desk duties.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and activities.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns calmly and efficiently.
• Process payments and manage front‑desk financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or a similar customer‑service role (preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in busy situations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
