About the role
Nneheng Home Base Care is expanding its team and seeks two licensed Assistant Nurses to deliver professional home‑based care. You will work directly with elderly, post‑surgery and chronically ill patients, ensuring they receive high‑quality support in the comfort of their own homes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report changes to supervising clinicians.
- Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care as required.
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.
Required profile
- Current licence as an Assistant Nurse.
- Registered with the Lesotho Nursing Council.
- Resides in or around Maseru (preferred).
Required skills
- Licensed Assistant Nurse qualification.
- Registration with the Lesotho Nursing Council.
