Lecturer & Module Coordinator – Electrical/Electronic Engineering

About the role

STADIO is seeking an experienced academic professional to join its faculty as a Lecturer and Module Coordinator for Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The role involves delivering high‑quality lectures both on‑site and online, while also overseeing the design, assessment and continuous improvement of the associated modules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures in‑venue and online for Electrical/Electronic Engineering courses.
• Provide timely feedback to students and coordinate with programme leaders to enhance teaching and learning.
• Assess student work, moderate assessments internally and support external moderators.
• Maintain consultation hours, manage the module Q&A forum and support students at risk.
• Contribute to programme review, module induction and student recruitment activities.
• Develop, review and update study guides, ensuring alignment with prescribed textbooks and new editions.
• Draft formal assessments, conduct pre‑moderation, and oversee marking processes.
• Organise annual meetings with campus lecturers to discuss assessment strategies and outcomes.
• Stay current with developments in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and higher‑education pedagogy.
