Learning and Development Content Technician

About the role

As a Learning and Development Content Technician at Dotsure, you will turn learning concepts and subject‑matter expertise into engaging digital learning experiences. Working on‑site in George, you will help the L&D team create e‑learning modules, micro‑learning, videos, guides and assessments that support employee growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of learning assets – e‑learning courses, micro‑learning snippets, videos, guides, quizzes and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with L&D specialists, subject‑matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure content aligns with performance goals.
• Apply instructional design principles to make complex information clear and engaging for adult learners.
• Explore and integrate AI‑powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to streamline content creation and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate reviews and maintain high quality and consistency across all learning materials.

Required skills

• Diploma or degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent content writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools and multimedia platforms.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot.
• Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools like Articulate 360 (preferred).
