Lead System Administrator & Innovation Lead

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Lead System Administrator & Innovation Lead to own and evolve our core business systems. Based in Johannesburg, you will drive technology‑enabled efficiency, automation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain core business systems ensuring reliability, scalability and suitability.
• Manage and enhance the Zoho platform, including workflows, automations, dashboards and integrations.
• Oversee the broader technology stack, including Office 365, AWS and PBX systems.
• Identify and implement automation, AI and process‑optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Lead system enhancements, troubleshooting, user support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, governance and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Experience administering Zoho or a similar CRM/ERP/workflow platform.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimisation.
• Proven ability to design and implement automations, workflows and system integrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies that improve business efficiency.
