Labourer – Restoration & Mitigation Technician

About the role

Join Paul Davis as a Labourer supporting restoration and mitigation efforts after disasters such as floods and fires. You will work directly with affected communities, providing urgent assistance and helping to restore properties to safe conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, including extraction and drying.
• Install tarps and secure board‑up to protect structures.
• Conduct mold remediation and removal.
• Assist with asbestos and lead abatement procedures.
• Communicate with customers using modern technology, showing empathy and urgency.
• Maintain safety standards and follow company protocols on every site.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and dedication to customer service.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
• Desire to continuously learn and obtain certifications.
