Klaviyo Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Klaviyo Account Manager to join a fast‑growing direct‑response email marketing agency that partners with ecommerce brands. The role will own client relationships, drive retention strategies and work closely with the founders to turn email and SMS campaigns into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned ecommerce clients and lead regular check‑in calls.
• Analyse Klaviyo performance data, identify revenue gaps and create actionable roadmaps across flows, campaigns, SMS and segmentation.
• Plan and execute monthly promotions, product launches, tests and lifecycle campaigns.
• Brief copywriters, designers and Klaviyo specialists with clear creative direction.
• Maintain account organization in ClickUp to ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients with a direct‑response mindset.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Klaviyo for ecommerce brands.
• Background in managing client accounts within an agency or retention‑focused role.
• Ability to translate data into revenue‑focused actions.
• Strong written English and confident client communication.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
