Kitchen Staff – Pub Kitchen Team

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our pub kitchen team. No prior experience is required – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the required specifications.
• Operate kitchen workstations such as grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
• Rotate stock, store food safely and assist with kitchen clean‑downs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet time and quality targets.

Required profile

• Friendly, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Calm and composed when the kitchen gets busy.
• Available for flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
