A busy conference hotel in Cape Town is seeking a Junior Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join its team. This opportunity would suit someone with previous hotel food and beverage experience who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality and hotel experience is essential.
- Experience in hotel food and beverage operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A guest‑focused approach and the ability to work well within a team.
- An organised approach to work and the ability to remain calm during busy service periods.
