About the role

Join Opaa! Food Management as a Kitchen Staff member to support breakfast, lunch, and occasional catering operations. You will work in a fast‑paced cafeteria environment, ensuring food is prepared, displayed, and served safely and attractively.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain serving lines, keeping food at required temperatures.
• Prepare menu items, including baked goods, according to Opaa! recipes.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Record production data, temperature logs, and complete HACCP and food‑safety documentation.
• Assist with catering functions and support the Kitchen Manager in ordering supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and menu plans.
• Commitment to food‑safety regulations (HHFKA, CACFP, HACCP).
• Willingness to work onsite in a cafeteria setting.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and temperature monitoring.

Required skills

• Operation of kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grinders.
• Food safety compliance and HACCP procedures.
• Inventory management using FIFO methods.
• Temperature monitoring for hot and cold foods.
