Junior Store Manager (Retail/Fast Food)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Store Manager to lead the operations of our Pedros restaurant and take‑away at Masingita Mall in Limpopo. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to delivering excellent service while supporting growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant and take‑away, ensuring compliance with Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain food quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and order processes.
• Handle customer complaints and uphold high customer service levels.
• Drive profitability by meeting sales and gross‑profit targets and motivating the team.
• Supervise staff, including discipline, scheduling and performance management.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve restaurant performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
• Strong management, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with Micros point‑of‑sale system (advantageous).
