Junior Sales Development Representative - IT Industry

About the role

Huzzle, an AI company focused on network infrastructure, is looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join its remote team. The role introduces Huzzle's AI-driven autonomous Network Operations Center (NOC) platform to global enterprises, which automates cloud environments and reduces downtime. You will identify and engage prospective clients, qualify them as leads for the senior sales team and build a steady pipeline of meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a high volume of outbound prospecting, including cold calls to potential clients
• Follow up with prospects by email and LinkedIn after phone calls
• Navigate complex enterprise structures to reach decision-makers in IT and infrastructure
• Qualify leads so that the sales team schedules more than 20 meetings per month
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prospect interactions in the CRM
• Understand the product well enough to address objections and discuss its benefits

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in cold calling and SDR activities
• Demonstrable experience selling IT products, SaaS or other technology solutions; familiarity with the IT landscape is an advantage
• Native or bilingual English, able to speak confidently with C-suite executives
• Proven ability to get positive responses to cold calls and cold emails
• Ability to work remotely on a strict schedule, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
