Junior Regional Finance Officer

About the role

This entry‑level position is designed to develop future Regional Compliance Officers. Over a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive in‑house training covering silo visit programmes, internal audit processes, and the organisation's financial systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in silo visit programmes to understand regional financial operations.
• Assist the internal audit team in reviewing financial records and compliance documentation.
• Support the implementation and documentation of finance‑related processes and procedures.
• Maintain and update financial systems under supervision.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for regional managers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or holder of a finance‑related qualification.
• Strong interest in regional finance, compliance, and audit functions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a structured training environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn organisational procedures.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of financial concepts.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheet applications).
