Junior Operations Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the daily coordination of field technicians, warehouse activities and customer‑service tasks to ensure smooth service delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and dispatching field technicians to service sites.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory handling and preparation of spare parts.
• Coordinate with the customer‑service team to address client inquiries and service updates.
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as lifting, moving and installing heavy equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, numbers and logistics data.

Required profile

• Matric (high‑school) qualification.
• South African citizen with no criminal record.
• Eager to learn, develop technical knowledge and grow within the company.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
