About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to provide hardware and software support, manage Office 365 services and assist users across the organization.

Required profile

3–5 years of IT experience with solid troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Office 365 administration and support.
DNS, email systems and website management.
Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support.
Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi).
Printer, scanner and peripheral setup and support.
Backup and recovery practices.
Cybersecurity best practices (antivirus, MFA, patching, phishing prevention).
Remote support tools and ticketing/help‑desk systems.
PowerShell scripting (nice to have).
CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft 365 certifications (nice to have).
