About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Randburg coffee shop. This role combines front‑of‑house leadership with back‑of‑house oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Control stock levels and manage inventory.
- Oversee overall shop management, including staff scheduling.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate back‑of‑house operations and kitchen management.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in restaurant or coffee‑shop management.
- Proven experience in back‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
- Articulate, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ambitious with a strong work ethic.

- Competitive net salary of R10 000–R12 000 per month.
