Bell Person / Valet Driver – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Provides professional service and delivery to the Front Office department of a luxury hotel, ensuring responsiveness, care, safety and reliability. The Bell Person is responsible for off‑loading guests’ luggage, delivering it to rooms and re‑loading it on departure, as well as supporting in‑house logistics and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Offload and load guest luggage, complete luggage sheets and ensure safe vehicle packing procedures.
• Handle all equipment, tools and machinery with care, maintain vehicles and report any accidents or damage immediately.
• Respond promptly to service requests, stock mini‑bars, maintain inventory and bill guests.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Front Office to deliver transportation services on time and to defined standards.
• Provide logistical support to other departments during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Completed Grade 12 education and a valid driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer‑related role, with competence in operating different passenger vehicles.
• Effective communication in English and ability to work safely under pressure.
• Dedicated to high standards and able to collaborate with team members.
