About the role
We are looking for a Junior Coffee Shop Manager to lead our coffee shop restaurant in Randburg. The role is ideal for candidates with at least three years of restaurant management experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage stock control and inventory levels.
- Supervise back‑of‑house activities and general kitchen management.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven experience in back‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
- Articulate, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ambitious with a strong work ethic.
