About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Coffee Shop Manager to lead our Randburg coffee shop. This position offers the chance to develop your management skills in a vibrant, customer‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
- Manage stock control and inventory levels.
- Supervise back‑of‑house operations and general kitchen management.
- Ensure overall smooth operation of the coffee shop.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in restaurant or coffee‑shop management.
- Articulate, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Ambitious with a strong work ethic.
