IT Support Technician – Warehouse IT Services

About the role

Amazon is looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to join its Warehouse IT Services team. You will prepare, configure, and maintain hardware for internal use and shipment, while providing technical assistance to the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, allocate, and maintain IT equipment throughout the warehouse, including imaging and setup of devices.
• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, thin clients, printers, and other end‑user equipment.
• Communicate repair status to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Diagnose hardware, imaging system, and network problems, escalating when necessary.
• Follow standard operating procedures and knowledge‑base guidelines.
• Lead small projects and coordinate activities within a small team.

Required profile

• 1+ years of corporate Windows, macOS, or Linux support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, repair, and imaging.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Background in procurement, inventory, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
