IT Support Specialist – Fintech Trading Platform

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join a fast‑growing online trading and financial services firm. You will ensure the stability, security and efficiency of the company’s IT environment, supporting a diverse team of traders and back‑office staff in a dynamic FinTech setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical support for hardware, software and network issues across the office.
• Install, configure and maintain VoIP solutions such as 3CX and Asterisk.
• Administer and support CRM platforms, managing access and performance.
• Monitor firewalls and network infrastructure (Fortinet, MikroTik) to maintain security and compliance.
• Maintain workstations, printers and other network‑connected devices, handling installations and upgrades.
• Document IT processes, incidents and create user‑friendly technical guides.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar support role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time across locations.

Required skills

• VoIP systems (setup, maintenance, troubleshooting) – e.g., 3CX, Asterisk.
• CRM platform administration.
• Firewall and network configuration – Fortinet, MikroTik.
• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
