About the role
The Investor Services – Investment Platform Specialist provides comprehensive support to external Financial Service Providers (FSPs) in Gauteng. The role ensures regulatory compliance, validates instruction completeness, and drives efficient service delivery to strengthen operational effectiveness and integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to advisor queries within agreed SLA and manage end‑to‑end issue resolution.
- Verify that all clients are FICA compliant and maintain up‑to‑date risk ratings.
- Conduct pre‑execution checks, including customer due diligence (CDD), client risk assessment, source of funds verification, and mandate authorisation.
- Ensure life‑product instructions have correctly linked and screened beneficiaries.
- Perform FATCA and CRS self‑declaration reviews and handle trigger events such as client emigration.
Required profile
- Relevant certificate, diploma or degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar investor services or compliance role.
