Investment Director – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process for a Dubai‑based firm with a global, diversified portfolio. This high‑autonomy position blends deep market knowledge with rigorous operational execution, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on investment opportunities across multiple strategies and geographies, evaluating performance, risk metrics, and team capabilities.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, maintain trackers, and produce comprehensive investment memoranda for senior decision‑makers.
• Monitor macroeconomic data, central‑bank policies, and geopolitical developments to generate scenario analyses and actionable insights.
• Maintain regular communication with investment managers to assess strategy evolution and organizational stability.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in investment management, research, portfolio management, or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities, with proven project‑management experience in multi‑stakeholder environments.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.
• Additional programming knowledge such as R or SQL (preferred).
