Investment Analyst – Early‑Stage VC Fund

About the role
Our client is an early‑stage venture capital fund focused on African technology start‑ups. They are looking for an Investment Analyst to support deal sourcing, evaluation and portfolio monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation of non‑listed equity opportunities.
- Perform financial due diligence on prospective investments.
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to senior partners.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with follow‑on analyses.
Required profile
- CA (SA) qualification or CFA designation (minimum Level 3 candidate).
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced analytical environment.
- Strong understanding of equity valuation and venture capital processes.
