Commercial Finance Business Analyst

About the role

The Commercial Finance Business Analyst provides finance and commercial support for the Middle East/Africa region, partnering with sales teams and ensuring data integrity across business intelligence tools. The role involves month‑end closing, FP&A reporting, forecasting and strategic planning for the Reflective and Tapes divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Submit weekly sales orders, manage rebates, discounts and credit notes, and perform expense reviews during month‑end closing.
• Prepare and maintain regional monthly and quarterly reports, flash and pulse reports, and contribute to business review decks.
• Own the sales forecast file, support annual budgeting and strategic planning processes, and upload data to HFM.
• Maintain Cognos data warehouse updates, develop sales reports, and ensure master data integrity.
• Partner with commercial teams on price changes, SKU profitability analysis, and provide insights on margin risks.
• Support statutory audit, stock‑take activities and VAT administration as needed.

Required profile

• Approachable with strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Cognos BI, data warehousing and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Solid understanding of commercial drivers, FP&A reporting and regional finance processes.
