Inventory Controller

About the role
The Inventory Controller will support the Procurement and Logistics Department by managing free‑in‑assembly (FIA) inventory, investigating variances, and ensuring a reliable supply of parts for production and new model launches.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the supply relationship with FIA suppliers.
- Arrange and oversee stock counts at FIA supplier sites.
- Develop FIA reconciliation processes to identify supplier claims.
- Perform root‑cause investigations into inventory variances both at FIA and on‑site.
- Resolve high‑value variances in collaboration with FIA suppliers.
- Action and process FIA supplier claims.
- Manage re‑order of FIA buffer stocks to mitigate inventory losses.
Required profile
- Experience in inventory control, procurement or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal production teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication for investigations and claim handling.
