About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal/Counter Salesperson to join our family‑focused company at the Durban branch. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and will help drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service at the sales counter.
- Assist walk‑in customers with their needs and inquiries.
- Handle customer interactions via email and telephone professionally and efficiently.
- Cross‑sell and upsell products to enhance satisfaction and increase sales.
Required profile
- Matriculation (high school) is essential.
- Computer literate.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience in retail or a technical industry is advantageous.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

- Basic salary (dependent on experience) plus commission (capped at R35 000).
