About the role
The Internal Sales Consultant will work from the Italtile Menlyn showroom, supporting a high‑end retail environment that sells tiles, taps, sanitaryware and accessories. The role requires a strong sales mindset, design awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist showroom visitors in selecting products and closing sales for new projects or renovations.
- Measure building plans, calculate product quantities and prepare quotes and invoices.
- Conduct telephonic outreach to industry professionals to generate additional business.
- Maintain showroom presentation, including tidiness, new displays, pricing updates and POS material.
Required profile
- Ability to serve an Afrikaans‑speaking market.
- Proven record of meeting monthly sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Matric qualification (minimum).
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
