Intermediate/Senior Syspro Functional Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

A major South African technology services and IT consulting company is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Syspro Functional Consultant to provide functional support across multiple customer environments on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional Syspro support, investigate and troubleshoot complex functional and business‑process issues.
• Manage support tickets from logging through investigation, resolution and closure while maintaining accurate ticket information.
• Prioritise and handle multiple customer requests in a fast‑paced environment, keeping customers updated on progress.
• Understand customer business processes, identify root causes of Syspro‑related issues and recommend appropriate functional solutions.
• Document findings, resolutions and recommendations according to standard AMS procedures and work within agreed SLA targets.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma with Syspro certification (essential).
• 3–5 years of experience in Syspro implementations and support, covering core ERP areas such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Sales Orders, Accounts Payable/Receivable and preferably Manufacturing.
