Intermediate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our IT team in Lanseria. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and optimizing mission‑critical software across the full stack, ensuring scalability, security and performance. You will work hands‑on with both back‑end and front‑end technologies and collaborate closely with senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑Stack Development: build and maintain web applications, backend services and APIs; implement frontend interfaces that meet UX/UI standards; design and optimise database queries and structures; integrate third‑party APIs; review AI‑assisted output for accuracy and compliance; perform QA before releases.
• Application Support & Maintenance: enhance existing solutions, deploy bug fixes rapidly, translate end‑user feedback into upgrades, and optimise performance, reliability and scalability.
• Collaboration & Reporting: work closely with senior engineers on solution design, participate in technical planning, code reviews and knowledge‑sharing, and document technical solutions while maintaining clear code standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a development field (or equivalent experience) with at least 4 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend styling, TypeScript, backend services, APIs and database architecture; strong knowledge of mobile‑responsive development.
• Desirable: degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, experience in the travel industry or start‑up environments, and Flutter development experience.
• Competencies: strong technical problem‑solving ability, commitment to clean, secure and well‑tested code, clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, teamwork, accountability and adaptability in fast‑paced settings.
